Kgosi Dr. Gaboilelwe Moroka, also known as Her Majesty, is the current ruler of Barolong Boo Seleka from Thaba 'Nchu, Free State, South Africa. As a prominent activist, leader, and barrier-breaker, she serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Free State Provincial House of Traditional Leaders and the Provincial Chairperson of Contralesa.
A passionate advocate for rural development, she convened the special task team that developed the InvestRural masterplan, a national blueprint for traditional communities. Globally, Kgosi Moroka is an international speaker, Brand SA ambassador, and a regular delegate at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, championing women's rights and rural issues. She founded the Princess Gabo Foundation and is a director on the board of RRAIN, aiming to modernize smallholder farming. A 2017 Mandela Washington Fellowship alumna, she holds a Professional Higher Doctorate and numerous prestigious awards for her tireless community engagement and visionary leadership.
